Background
A dramatherapist uses drama, theatre, and creative play to help people work through emotional problems and improve their mental health. They run sessions where clients might act out scenes, use puppets, or improvise to explore their feelings in a safe space. Dramatherapists work in hospitals, schools, prisons, and therapy centres, helping people of all ages deal with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other challenges.
