This website is developed and maintained by WhereWeLearn.com, (hereinafter "We," "we", "our" or "us"). When you visit our website, mobile app, or other online properties, collectively “site,”. We may collect and use certain information about you. We recognize that you care about how your information is used, and your privacy is important to us. 10a. Google and Privacy

When adding Materials to a Lesson AND where the material is a YouTube video, our service interacts with YouTube's API.

As part of this interaction we retrieve the video duration.

Our service operates in compliance with Google's Privacy Policy for use of their YouTube API services.

11. Business Transfers and Corporate Changes

We reserve the right to disclose and transfer all information related to the site, including personal information associated with We User Accounts:

to a subsequent charity, owner, co-owner or operator of one or more of the site; or
