Background
Retail bankers work in bank branches helping customers with their everyday banking needs. They open accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, explain financial products like savings accounts and loans, and help customers understand how to manage their money. You'll spend your day talking to customers face-to-face, using computers to process transactions, and building relationships with people in your community.
