Pilots operate aircraft and are responsible for safely transporting passengers or cargo from one location to another. They perform pre-flight checks, navigate using instruments and maps, communicate with air traffic control, and make decisions to ensure the safety of everyone on board. Pilots need excellent concentration, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
