Background
Air traffic controllers manage the safe movement of aircraft in the sky and on the ground at airports. They use radar, radio communication, and computer systems to track planes, give pilots instructions, and make sure aircraft maintain safe distances from each other. This is a high-responsibility job that requires quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
