Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical engineers design, build, and improve machines and mechanical systems that we use every day, from car engines to medical devices to manufacturing equipment. They use maths and physics to solve problems, create detailed plans and drawings, and test their designs to make sure they work safely and efficiently. Most of their time is spent using computer software, working with teams, and sometimes visiting factories or construction sites to see their designs in action.
