Hydrologist

Hydrologists study water in all its forms—in the ground, in rivers and lakes, and in the atmosphere. They measure rainfall, track groundwater movement, and predict flooding to help protect communities and manage water resources. Their work involves fieldwork, lab analysis, and computer modelling to understand how water moves through the environment.
