Youth Worker

Background
Youth workers support young people aged 11-19 (and sometimes up to 25) by helping them develop skills, build confidence, and overcome challenges. They run activities, clubs, and programmes in community centres, schools, or youth organisations, and provide one-to-one support when young people need advice or someone to talk to. Youth workers help young people make positive choices and reach their potential.
