Background
Waiters and waitresses take orders from customers, serve food and drinks, and handle payments in restaurants, cafes, and bars. You'll spend your shift on your feet, moving between tables, remembering orders, and making sure customers have a good experience. The job requires being friendly, organised, and able to work quickly even when the restaurant is busy.
