Background
Special Educational Needs (SEN) teachers work with students who have learning difficulties, physical disabilities, or emotional and behavioural challenges. They adapt lessons and teaching methods to help these students learn at their own pace and reach their potential. SEN teachers might work in mainstream schools, special schools, or support individual students one-to-one, using specialist techniques and resources tailored to each child's needs.
