A restaurant publicist promotes restaurants and food businesses to the media and public. They write press releases, pitch stories to journalists and food bloggers, organize media events and tastings, and manage the restaurant's public image. They work to get positive coverage in newspapers, magazines, websites, and social media to attract customers.
