Background
Personal trainers help people get fit and healthy by designing exercise programmes tailored to their clients' goals and abilities. They teach proper technique, motivate clients during workouts, and monitor progress over time. Personal trainers work in gyms, studios, or sometimes visit clients at home, and they need to understand nutrition, anatomy, and how to keep people safe while exercising.
