Background
A nutritional therapist uses knowledge of food and nutrition to help people improve their health and manage medical conditions. They assess clients' diets, identify nutritional deficiencies, and create personalised eating plans to support wellness. They may work in private practice, clinics, hospitals, or corporate wellness programmes, advising clients on how food choices can prevent or manage health issues.
