Midwife

Background
Midwives support women through pregnancy, labour, and the first weeks after birth. They provide medical care, advice, and emotional support to help mothers and babies stay healthy. Midwives work in hospitals, birth centres, or sometimes visit women at home, and they work closely with doctors when complications arise.
