Background
Massage therapists use their hands and sometimes special tools to manipulate muscles and soft tissues in the body. They work with clients to relieve pain, reduce stress, and help people feel more relaxed and mobile. Most massage therapists work in spas, wellness centres, sports facilities, or hospitals, seeing multiple clients throughout the day.
