Background
A Learning Mentor supports students who are struggling with their studies or facing barriers to learning. You work one-to-one or in small groups to help young people understand difficult subjects, build confidence, and develop better study habits. You might also help students overcome personal challenges that affect their learning, like anxiety or attendance problems.
