Learning Disability Nurse

 
Background
Learning Disability Nurses work with people who have learning disabilities, helping them stay healthy and manage their care. They support patients in hospitals, community centres, or care homes by assisting with daily activities, monitoring their health, giving medicines, and helping them communicate their needs. They also work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to make sure each person gets the right support.
