Background
Herbalists use plants and plant-based remedies to support health and wellbeing. They study the properties of herbs, create teas, tinctures, oils and other preparations, and advise clients on how to use them safely. Herbalists may work in clinics, shops, or from home, combining traditional plant knowledge with modern research.
