Background
An Equality and Diversity Officer works to make sure that organisations treat all people fairly and equally, regardless of their background, gender, age, or abilities. They develop policies and training programmes, investigate complaints about discrimination, and help create inclusive workplaces where everyone feels valued and respected. They might run awareness campaigns, review hiring practices, or support employees who have experienced unfair treatment.
