Background
Environmental artists create artwork that responds to and engages with natural landscapes, environmental issues, and ecological systems. They might work outdoors creating installations from natural materials, design public art projects that raise awareness about climate change, or produce digital work exploring human impact on nature. Their goal is often to make people think differently about the environment and their relationship with it.
