Doorman

 
Background
A doorman is responsible for greeting visitors and residents as they enter and exit a building, such as a hotel, apartment block, or office. They monitor who comes in and out, provide directions, call taxis, assist with luggage, and maintain security by checking credentials when needed. Doormen also keep the entrance area clean and tidy, and may perform other duties like taking messages or helping elderly or disabled visitors.
