Background
A commercial horticulturist grows and manages plants, fruits, vegetables, and flowers on a large scale for sale to shops, markets, and other businesses. They work outdoors and in greenhouses, managing soil quality, watering systems, pest control, and harvesting. They also monitor plant health, plan crop rotations, and use machinery and technology to make their work more efficient.
