Background
Clothing and textile technologists work on the technical side of fashion and clothing production. They test fabrics and materials to make sure they're strong, safe, and good quality, and they help solve problems during manufacturing. They might work in laboratories, factories, or offices, using equipment to check how fabrics behave and making sure finished clothes meet safety standards and customer expectations.
