Carpenter

 
Background
Carpenters build, repair, and install wooden structures and fittings in buildings and other projects. They read blueprints, measure materials accurately, and use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and join wood. Carpenters might work on anything from house frames and roofs to kitchen cabinets, doors, and decorative woodwork.
