Background
Care workers support people who need help with daily living, such as elderly people, children, or those with disabilities or health conditions. You might help with personal care, prepare meals, manage medication reminders, provide emotional support, and help people stay active and engaged. Care work is hands-on and involves building relationships with the people you support.
