Background
A barrister is a lawyer who specializes in representing clients in court and providing expert legal advice on complex cases. They prepare legal arguments, cross-examine witnesses, and present cases in front of judges. Barristers work independently or in shared office spaces called 'chambers' and often specialize in particular areas of law like criminal, family, or commercial cases.
