Field Trials Officer

 
Background
A Field Trials Officer manages and oversees agricultural or scientific experiments conducted outdoors in real farming conditions. They design test plots, monitor plant growth and crop performance, collect data on how new varieties or treatments perform, and record detailed observations throughout the growing season. This role combines practical fieldwork with careful record-keeping to help develop better crops, seeds, or farming methods.
