As part of the ISO 27001:2022 ISMS implementation cycle (Cycle 1) and ongoing GDPR compliance work, the public-facing Privacy Notice (`\/privacy.php`) and Terms and Conditions of Use (`\/tsncs.php`) were reviewed in full against:<\/div>\n

\u2013 EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/div>\n
\u2013 Irish Consumer Protection Act 2007<\/div>\n
\u2013 Irish Arbitration Act 2010<\/div>\n
\u2013 Irish Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000<\/div>\n
\u2013 Companies Act 2014 (CLG obligations)<\/div>\n
Both documents were found to contain material deficiencies. Remediation was completed on 28 March 2026.<\/div>\n

5. **Processor table** \u2014 Web Hosting Ireland (hosting), Google (OAuth), Facebook\/Meta (OAuth) disclosed as Article 28 processors<\/div>\n
6. **Third-country transfers** \u2014 EEA transfers only via SCCs; Twitter\/UptimeRobot confirmed as no personal data<\/div>\n
